Hello Everyone,

Welcome to our classroom vlog. This vlog will be conducted in mostly sign language. Instead of typing your responses, you will be required to vlog each week. Be sure that you post your link to youtube in the comments.

Your first assignment is to expore the website, "Meet the Deaf Community". This website is full of information. Find a vlog of your choice and watch it. Post the link on your comment section as well as your summary of the vlog. Be sure to add: who, what, where, why, how, and finally your reflection. Your comment should be no less than 3 minutes.

  7. I am not quite sure if we are supposed to type or sign our responses so I am just going to respond by typing. Taylor, your video was good! You did a nice job with placement and explaining the vlog you watched. I was able to understand everything you said. I think it is very interesting how deaf people answer hearing people differently. From the three you described, I think the most common one is when deaf people point to their ear and shake their head. I have seen it done many times at work and every time I respond with sign and they are always shocked. Thanks for your post!
